Contact, purchases and customer relationships

When you contact us by email, phone, in the shop or on social media, we process the contact details and communications you provide. Purchases may involve customer, order, invoice and payment data. We use this information for advice, enquiries, contracts, accounting and customer service. This is an information website, with no online shop or contact form.

Odoo and service providers

As stated in our existing privacy notice, we use a self-hosted Odoo installation for customer administration and business processes. Providers needed for operations, security, communications, payments and accounting may process personal data for these purposes. Data generally comes from you, and where necessary from involved providers, authorities or public sources.

Technical operation

The hosting service may create technical logs when the website is accessed, including an IP address, access time, browser, operating system, requested page and referring page. These support security, troubleshooting and prevention of misuse. Actual log retention depends on the hosting service and operational needs; no unverified fixed period is promised here.

Optional statistics with Google Analytics

Only after you agree to Statistics do we load the Google tag for Google Analytics 4 (G-XMYKTRH2MK). Page views, device and browser information, referring pages and clicks on directions, Instagram, phone and email links may be analysed. Our custom click events do not send entered contact details. The page address we send excludes URL query parameters and fragments. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in this integration. Without permission this integration makes no connection to Google Analytics.

Choices, storage and external links

Your consent choice is saved locally with a timestamp and version for 180 days. An explicitly selected language remains until changed or deleted. Analytics cookies in this integration are configured for a maximum of 180 days; account settings and data already held on Analytics servers are separate. Change your choice at any time through the footer. Withdrawal disables measurement and removes accessible Analytics cookies, but does not retrospectively delete sent data. Maps and Instagram are links only: the provider is visited when you click. We use system fonts installed on your device; images load from this website.

Disclosure, transfers and security

We disclose personal data where necessary for these purposes, service delivery or legal obligations. Service providers, particularly Google, may process data outside Switzerland. Disclosures must meet applicable data-protection requirements, including appropriate safeguards or a legal exception where necessary. We take appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

Retention and your rights

We keep data for as long as needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations or legitimate interests. It is then deleted, anonymised or restricted as appropriate. Server-side Google Analytics retention depends on the account settings. Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion and, where available, delivery or transfer of your data. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. We may need proportionate proof of identity to handle a request.

Communications and changes

We send promotional communications only where permitted or with the relevant consent. You can object or withdraw consent at any time. We update this notice when the website, services or processes change. The published version applies.
